As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety protocols within our warehouse. You will navigate our warehouse aisles, utilizing scanning technology and pick lists to gather items for shipment. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be key to your success. - Efficiently pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product information to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or picking role is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
