Job Summary:
Become a key player in our logistics network as a Distribution Center Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This versatile role encompasses a wide range of warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, working within a fast-paced environment that requires efficiency and precision. Your duties will involve using warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified), to move goods. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace is a top priority, along with strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures. This includes the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. You will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed.

  • Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of distribution center logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
