About
Seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our logistics hub in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions that are crucial to our distribution operations. You'll contribute to efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and the overall smooth running of the warehouse. Tasks may include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing items for shipment. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all associates are required to adhere to stringent safety standards, including the proper use of PPE, and maintain a hazard-free workspace. This role requires physical capability, including regular lifting of goods, standing, and moving throughout the shift. Packing and securing goods for shipment. Organizing and maintaining inventory in designated areas. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks. Ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Following all established safety procedures and guidelines. Assisting with other warehouse tasks as directed.
