We're seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring that items are picked efficiently and packaged securely for shipment. You'll work within our warehouse environment, utilizing scanning equipment and adhering to established procedures to prepare orders for dispatch. - Accurately picking items for customer orders using scanning devices or lists.
- Verifying product details and quantities during the picking process.
- Packaging orders securely and appropriately for transit.
- Labeling packages for shipment.
- Moving picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workstation and general warehouse area.
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
