Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Capability to perform significant lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Commitment to safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
