About
Join our fast-paced logistics warehouse in Houston, Texas, as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately retrieve products from storage and prepare them for shipment. Your main responsibilities will involve reading order sheets or using RF scanners to locate and pick items from various locations within the warehouse. You will then stage these items for packing or direct shipment. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the accuracy of every order picked. Safety is a top priority; therefore, you must wear the required PPE and strictly adhere to all safety protocols established by the company and industry standards for logistics. This position requires physical fitness, including the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds, and sustained periods of standing, walking, and reaching. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and can work efficiently in a demanding environment. Previous warehouse experience, particularly in order picking or packing, is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is also a plus. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, working collaboratively to meet daily order fulfillment goals. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our supply chain.
