Join our logistics team as a Forklift Operator in Omaha, Nebraska! We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to manage the movement of goods within our distribution center. This role is critical for the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, transferring inventory to and from storage locations, and supporting picking and packing operations. Safety is paramount in this role; you will be expected to conduct daily equipment checks, adhere to all traffic rules within the facility, and ensure your work area is clear and safe. Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of forklifts and possess a valid certification. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items and extended periods of standing and walking. You must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on Safety and operational excellence. - Operate forklifts for material handling, loading, and unloading.
