Your responsibilities will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; all associates are required to use designated PPE and follow strict safety guidelines. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. Experience in a similar logistics or fulfillment setting is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and guidelines for the use of PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be capable of performing repetitive Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to wear safety gear, including PPE .
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic logistics setting.
