We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Miami, Florida. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse, involving a range of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will play a key part in our logistics chain, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that customer orders are fulfilled promptly. The position requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring correct labeling.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Support inventory management through cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
- Safely perform lifting tasks throughout the shift.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capacity for lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team setting. Must be able to wear required PPE. Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is a plus. Reliable and punctual. Commitment to workplace safety.
