About
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy distribution center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and timely selection and preparation of items for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for interpreting pick orders, efficiently locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves, and then meticulously packing them for safe transit. Accuracy and speed are key performance indicators for this role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be involved in tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting. Ensuring a safe work environment is our top priority. All team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Comprehensive training will be provided on picking methodologies, packing techniques, and warehouse safety protocols.
