Your responsibilities will include unloading inbound shipments, accurately identifying and stocking inventory, fulfilling customer orders by picking items, preparing orders for shipment with proper packaging and labeling, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. We prioritize a safe work environment, requiring strict adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of appropriate PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots. This position demands physical stamina; you must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform lifting tasks of up to 50 lbs. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided for motivated individuals. Your role is key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and consistently use designated PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and support stock management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended durations.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to comply with all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
