Base pay range Salary range is between £25,000-£27,000, negotiable and dependent on experience.
About the Job Zap is looking for a Junior Content Writer who can bring big ideas, sharp wit, and a way with words. This role involves writing Knowledge Base articles, blogs, social media copy, website copy and collaborating with the team to enhance our content strategy. You'll be at the heart of all things written content, contributing ideas and helping to shape how we communicate with our audience.

Responsibilities
Craft sharp, engaging copy for website pages, Knowledge Base articles, social media posts, and in-house guides.
Get cosy with keywords and optimise content for search engines without sacrificing style or flair.
Stay ahead of the game by diving into industry trends and turning your findings into content that resonates.
Team up with marketing, design, and web teams to brainstorm and bring content ideas to life.
Keep an eye on the numbers and adjust your content strategy based on what's working and what's not.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in content writing, technical writing or similar roles.
Comfortable working independently while also bouncing ideas off others to brainstorm.
Top‑notch writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
A self‑starter with exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects at once.
Basic knowledge of SEO or a willingness to learn.
An eye for research and the ability to break down complex topics into digestible content.
A natural communicator with a collaborative approach.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and WordPress is a plus.
