Safford Mazda Chantilly is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Support office management activities including clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar management, appointment setting, and correspondence
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
