Duties

• Deliver hot, cold, and specialty dishes from the kitchen to designated tables efficiently and accurately.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts.
• Support food safety standards by handling dishes carefully and adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha or Micros to assist with order accuracy and guest requests when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest service, hospitality, and overall restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding food presentation and timing.
