Customer Service Representative – SigmaGraft USA

Do you love helping people, solving problems, and being the go-to person who makes everything run smoother? At SigmaGraft, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who's passionate about creating amazing experiences for our customers—from surgeons and dentists to distributors around the globe.

What You'll Do:

As the voice of SigmaGraft, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every question is answered, every order is on track, and every interaction leaves them smiling. You'll play a critical role in upholding the trusted SigmaGraft brand by:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Confirming, processing, and tracking orders to make sure our products arrive exactly when and where they should.
  • Keeping records up-to-date in our system (Odoo), including new customer entries and contact info.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and business administrator to ensure timely shipments.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met—and that they know we're here to support them.
  • Supporting internal teams (sales, logistics, and marketing) to make every customer interaction seamless and positive.

What You Bring:

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong communication skills—you're confident, clear, and friendly.
  • A knack for staying organized and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in customer service or order fulfillment is a plus (but not required—we'll train the right person).

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
