Position Summary
The Supply Chain Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with department objectives set by the Manager of Supply Chain. This role supervises supply chain staff, and works in close collaboration with Planning, Sourcing, Sales and Logistics staff. The Supply Chain Supervisor ensures efficient coordination across departments to maintain product flow, optimize inventory, and support customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support supply chain team members
- Oversee daily inventory management of perishable products to ensure freshness and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate packing plans and distribution schedules across multiple facilities and co-pack operations.
- Collaborate with sourcing, sales, and distribution teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and report on shipment statuses, ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal policies.
- Provide input to the Manager of Supply Chain on operational challenges, team performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor team members to foster professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support data analysis and reporting for supply chain metrics and KPIs.
- Support and build strong relationship with 3PLs in Mexico and in USA
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or Logistics , with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in fresh produce or food industry highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and food safety compliance.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond in a fast-paced environment where timely decisions and some weekend availabilities are essential.

Working Conditions
- Office and warehouse environment with occasional travel between facilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Day Shift, Monday through Friday w/flexibility to work some weekend hours as needed
