Job Responsibilities

Greet. Seat. Delight guests.

As a Host at Red Robin, you will manage guest arrivals, seating, and flow to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.

In this role, you will:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
• Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests informed
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
• Support the team during busy periods by assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed

Pay Range: $12.00 per hour - $14.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
