Salary:
$90,000 - $95,000/year – based on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Executive Director/Administrator
with leadership experience to lead our team of Assisted Living professionals

Executive Director/Administrator Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community
  • Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are met that meet the needs of the community and state guidelines
  • Solid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the community, collaborating with the management team to ensure that all departments consistently meet monthly budget guidelines

Executive Director/Administrator Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Human Services preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years related experience required
  • The ability to be licensed and in good standing, as an administrator for assisted living, within a prescribed time frame in states requiring such a license/certification
  • Experience working in senior care and dementia preferred
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly, required
