Overnight/Weekend Security Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Overnight/Weekend Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations during night and weekend shifts. This role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure environment across the designated site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in law enforcement or security, and familiarity with surveillance technology. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team while ensuring the safety and loss prevention of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff during overnight and weekend shifts, ensuring coverage and adherence to protocols
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
• Manage conflict situations effectively, de-escalating incidents as necessary
• Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials of visitors and employees
• Document incidents accurately and prepare detailed reports for management
• Oversee loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and property
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including first aid readiness and emergency procedures
• Provide leadership in emergency situations, including administering first aid or CPR if needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or professional security roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), conflict management, and loss prevention techniques
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training is desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively during overnight hours
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for monitoring security footage and site conditions
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on weekends, totaling approximately 10 hours per shift
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
