About

Piping Rock Health Products is rapidly growing and looking for a Warehouse Clerk. You would be responsible for the coordination of all office functions while assisting the Distribution Manager with day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Office, comfortable with technology, detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible to change, and has an entrepreneurial mindset that matches ours. 

Responsibilities:

  • General clerical duties including maintaining files and scanning documents
  • Enter pallet spec information into Amazon and Walmart Seller sites
  • Assist with maintaining a good business relationship with customers and vendors
  • Assist with facility checks as needed
  • Print and handle all receipts
  • Organize some BOL's for pickups and coordinate with traffic
  • Assist with purchasing of warehouse supplies
  • Check in/out visitors/contractors
  • Help with daily attendance checks and facility roster updates
  • Preparation of documentation for Social compliance and GMP audits
  • Assist with various projects and provide additional support where needed
  • Additional duties as assigned

    • Qualifications:

  • Preferred 5 years of distribution environment experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Former Customer/Vendor interactions
  • Experience in a busy warehouse environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively deal with a wide array of people.
  • High proficiency with MS Office and other business-related software
  • Must comply with GMP requirements

    • Role's Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours
  • Work environment may be exposed to periods of sitting in an office
