Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; restock as necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist with special events such as banquets or catering functions as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred; experience in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safe alcohol service practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
