OVERVIEW: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Country Club Server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties include greeting members, presenting menus, accurately processing orders, delivering food and beverages in a timely manner, and addressing any member inquiries or concerns. The server will maintain a clean and organized work area, assist in setting up dining areas, and adhere to health and safety standards. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are essential. Experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred, and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our members

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide menu information.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle cash and card transactions securely.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and reset tables for the next guests.

• Assist with training new staff when necessary.

• Address customer complaints with professionalism and seek to resolve issues quickly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
