We are currently seeking a Receptionist.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Provide information to visitors and callers regarding the facility, policies, and services offered.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents, staff, and visitors as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies for the reception area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Handle emergency situations promptly by contacting the appropriate personnel or emergency services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role, ideally in a health care setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Compassionate, customer-service-oriented approach with sensitivity to residents and families
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
