What You'll Do

As a Used Car Technician, your role will include:

• Inspecting pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet dealership safety and quality standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models.
• Performing brake jobs, suspension work, tune-ups, oil changes, fluid flushes, and other maintenance tasks.
• Using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Working closely with the Service Manager and Used Car Department to prioritize repairs and get vehicles ready for resale.
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety and quality standards to ensure vehicles leave the shop in excellent condition.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (used car experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of brake systems, suspension, electrical diagnostics, and general repairs.
• Experience working with multiple makes and models.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and scan tools effectively.
• A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
• A team-player mindset and strong attention to detail.
