Supervises and manages staff providing hardware and software support to end-users in selected hospital, physician practices and remote outpatient facilities. Ensures all support issues are handled professionally, in a timely manner, and with outstanding levels of customer service.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
B.S. degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or other related field (or equivalent job experience)
Three (3) years experience working in IS environment utilizing standard PC and network technologies such as MS Windows, Active Directory, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and relevant security products.
Must possess excellent analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, provide outstanding customer service, and demonstrate teamwork
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Help Desk procedures, hardware, software, and security.
Demonstrate project management and issue resolution skills.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
Five (5) years' experience working in IS environment utilizing standard PC and network technologies such as MS Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, and Internet solutions.
Technical certifications such as A+, Net+, Help Desk, Security, Microsoft or other relevant technology.
Excellent supervisory and project coordination skills.
Excellent communications and customer service skills.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Expert knowledge of standard operating systems and desktop applications such as Microsoft Windows and Office.
Prior healthcare experience.
