Job Summary
We're are seeking a reliable, people-oriented coordinator to support marketing, local outreach, and light day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, community engagement, and building local partnerships, while also helping keep things organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence (posting, engagement, basic DMs)
• Conduct light outbound outreach to local gyms, studios, and community partners
• Help coordinate collaborations, referral relationships, and small local events
• Respond to inbound inquiries and help convert interest into bookings
• Assist with light scheduling, coordination, and basic administrative support

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with social media, outreach, and client communication
• Organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Confident representing a wellness brand in the local community
• Able to wear multiple hats in a small, growing business
• Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus, not required

Compensation & Structure

• $22–$28/hour, based on experience
• 10–20 hours per week to start
• 1099 contractor role
• Weekly or bi-weekly pay

Performance Upside

• Bonuses tied to partnerships established, events booked, or client referrals
