Professional Restaurant Server

Overview:

We are looking forward to hiring new server to add to our talented restaurant family.

Candidates must be a professional hospitalty and guest-oriented Server to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. If you have a passion for, food, bourbon, mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
-Greet guests, share restaurant story, specials and take orders

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas

• Collaborate and support other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:
- Ability to multi task with multiple tables, guests and service requirements at peak times
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Familiarity with operating POS system
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing calculations
