Join GovCIO as a Systems Engineer II / Edge Operations specialist and play a crucial role in delivering optimal availability and quality for wireless network services. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to critical government IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering optimal availability and quality regarding the wireless network services
- Participate in daily stand ups and utilize the kanban methodology to triage and resolve incidents and problems within established SLAs
- Assist with proactive measures such as network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation
- Provide suggestions to management on continuous improvements in regards to communications, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's with 5 years (or commensurate experience)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- CCNA/CCNP (Preferred)
