Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Des Moines, Iowa! This essential role supports our logistics operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will be tasked with retrieving products from inventory using pick lists or scanners, verifying items against orders, and ensuring the correct quantities. Following the picking process, you will expertly package items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination, applying appropriate labels and dunnage. Accuracy and efficiency are key to this position, as is a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. All employees are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and consistently use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting items typically weighing up to 50 pounds. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and can thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting. Previous experience in a picking or packing role within a logistics or distribution environment is a strong advantage.
