Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas! This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within our facility, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents, stocking merchandise, picking orders accurately, and preparing outgoing packages for delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, possesses strong organizational skills, and has the physical capacity to handle the demands of warehouse work. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. Attention to detail is crucial for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. You will be part of a collaborative team, working towards common goals and supporting overall operational success. We provide comprehensive training, so prior warehouse experience is not strictly required, but is a plus. Your commitment to Safety is essential; you must follow all Safety guidelines and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for extended periods. Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse practices is beneficial.
