Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details
- Verify picked items against order specifications
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit
- Stage orders for shipment and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area
- Operate picking equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team
- Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics workflows
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
