Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
- Ensure all picked items are correctly identified and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Meet or exceed established picking and packing performance metrics.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
