Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications using RF scanners.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and manage inventory placement.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety regulations.
- Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform lifting and moving of various products and materials, following safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by business demands in our logistics network.
