About
We are looking for a diligent Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this fast-paced logistics environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This includes retrieving products from shelves, verifying order accuracy, and preparing items for dispatch by boxing and labeling them appropriately. A keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety in all our operations, and adherence to protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires consistent physical effort, including regular Lifting of items up to a certain weight, and following established safe lifting procedures is crucial.
