About
Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona as a skilled Forklift Operator! This position is crucial for the efficient movement of goods within our large-scale Logistics facility. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory to and from storage areas, and assist with order fulfillment. Safety is our top priority, and all operators must strictly adhere to our comprehensive Safety protocols. We provide ongoing training and expect all employees to utilize the required PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and unstack materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
- Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring no obstructions to Safety pathways.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
