As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks within our warehouse environment, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities include locating products, verifying quantities, packing items securely, and ensuring all shipments meet our quality standards. We operate in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, so the ability to work efficiently and accurately is paramount. Teamwork and effective communication are highly valued. A strong commitment to safety is required, and all employees must adhere to company policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, as it involves significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet productivity goals for order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of and commitment to safety practices and PPE.
- Good communication skills.
