Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as directed.
- Collaborate with other warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Physical capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding and commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
