Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role focuses on analysing complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Map end-to-end processes to highlight inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-focused manner.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Identify gaps in data or systems and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven environment.
Advanced Power BI experience.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
High proficiency in Excel.
Experience with data visualisation tools; Python desirable.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
