Service Advisor

Dennis GM has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Ability to receive customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Is a decisive person who is genuinely customer-oriented and has the ability to readily establish rapport and trust with customers as well as a strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations
• Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with other team members and departments in the dealership
• Confident to work with numbers
• Professional image essential
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset; however, not required as Dennis GM will provide ongoing training
• Valid Driver's License and Drivers Abstract required

This position reports to the Service Manager.

This is a Full Time Permanent position with an hourly wage of $16.75 per hour based on 40 hours per week.
