Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at the Home Office. In this critical role, you will support our financial reporting processes, provide actionable business insights, and collaborate cross-functionally on projects that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports with accompanying commentary and insights.
  • Develop and maintain monthly Leadership Update decks.
  • Create and manage exception reports that compare actual results against budget, forecast, and historical trends; provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Produce and maintain monthly labor efficiency reports.
  • Generate weekly ASP & COGS increase reports.
  • Analyze underperforming branch performance and highlight key drivers.
  • Prepare QoQ revenue by branches report to collect Regional Vice President commentary for SOX requirements.
  • Produce QoQ revenue reports by branch and compile Regional Vice President commentary to support SOX compliance.
  • Prepare quarterly bonus calculation files and collaborate with HR on any edits or exceptions.
  • Calculate monthly commissions accurately and timely.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support key business initiatives and decision-making.

Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts to drive efficiency and improve reporting quality.
  • Perform report validations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling); PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and embracing innovation-including AI-powered financial tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements
  • After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.

Compensation
  • Base: $80,000-$100,000/ Annually
  • Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
  • Total Compensation: The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $161,000-$184,000 Annually.
