Position Description
As a Sales Patient Coordinator, you will be the frontline representative of Utopia Spa Center. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing patients, providing consultative sales, and managing the sales process to ensure exceptional patient experiences while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns
- Educate patients on available treatments, procedures, and services
- Create customized treatment plans aligned with individual goals
Patient Engagement
- Serve as the welcoming face of the spa
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments and sales
Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up
- Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and sales activity in the CRM
- Coordinate with the medical and spa team to optimize scheduling and patient flow
Sales Performance
- Meet and exceed sales targets with performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Stay up to date on treatments, industry trends, and competitors
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (healthcare, medical aesthetics, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CRM experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Schedule runs Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week
- Days off vary based on weekly scheduling needs
- 8-hour shifts (typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly wage: $17.00 – $40.00 per hour (base + commission)
- Performance-based commission structure

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
- Ability to commute or relocate
