We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day transactions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of core accounting workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily accounting data entry, summary, and the maintenance of financial system;

2. Generating relevant monthly financial reports;

3. Data and business analysis based on financial data and reports, so as to meet the requirements of the management, banks or investors, etc.

4. Work closely with AP and AR in bookkeeping tasks and maintain high outcome standards;

5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with utmost professionalism;

6. Relevant tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

1. College diploma or university degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or the related fields; strong work ethics and sensitivity as an Accounting professional;

2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting or financial operation roles;

3. The second language of Mandarin is a plus;

4. Experienced in accounting software operation, especially Quickbooks;

5. Experience of business analysis is highly preferred;

6. Experience in public accounting or supply chain industry is preferred;

7. Be able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously;

8. Result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated;

9. Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
