Night Auditor/Front Desk

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel during nighttime hours. Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling transactions from the day shift
• Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and billing information
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols
• Prepare reports for management regarding daily activities, occupancy levels, and financial summaries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service software is a plus
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, typically from late evening to early morning hours
• Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75 per hour
