About
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, California. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse productivity. You will work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to achieve daily operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, sort, and place inventory into the correct locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse policies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
