As the Sales Engineer for the UK and Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving growth.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver tailored water treatment and disinfection solutions, while representing a trusted brand known for quality and performance.
This is a customer-facing position, and you should expect to spend at least 50% of your time meeting clients on-site.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within the water and wastewater sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
Deliver tailored proposals and technical presentations with confidence
Negotiate and close sales transactions to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and aftersales support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and pipeline development
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience within the water, wastewater, or related engineering industries
Strong record of success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to understand and explain technical products and systems (product training provided)
Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently
Full UK driving licence required
