Location: Hybrid, including travel around the UK, with occasional visits to the London office
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Content Creator , you'll play a key role in
shaping our brand’s voice
and developing innovative content strategies that make an impact.
This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where you’ll
spend time out and about across our sites
and teams, capturing authentic stories and creating engaging, primarily video‑led content. You’ll also work independently,
managing your own schedule
across a mix of home working and on‑location content creation.
As a
Content Creator , you will:
Craft engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
Plan, film, and edit high‑quality video content, including short‑form and long‑form videos for social and digital channels
Spend time on‑site with teams to capture real stories, interviews, and behind‑the‑scenes content
Design eye‑catching visuals that connect with our audiences
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and style
Plan, write, and edit social media posts, newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials
Work independently to manage content projects from idea through to delivery
Track content performance, analyse trends, and make data‑driven improvements
Stay on top of industry trends and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant
Create reports to share with the business to communicate and monitor results
As a
Content Creator
you’ll have:
A creative powerhouse who’s bursting with ideas and can’t wait to bring them to life
A pro at writing, editing, and storytelling – we need someone who can create content that resonates with people
Strong video production and editing skills, with confidence using video editing software to produce polished, engaging content
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software – because visuals are everything
A solid understanding of social media and SEO best practices
Confident working independently, managing your own workload, and taking ownership of projects
A multitasking master who can handle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
The ability to switch gears between different brand voices and keep them all sounding on point
A passion for creativity and coming up with fresh, innovative content ideas
Experience in a similar role like Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or something equally fun and creative
Creative content development abilities for targeted campaigns with knowledge of account based marketing strategies and tactics
Working style This role offers a hybrid working approach, combining home working with regular travel to sites and teams to capture content. You’ll be comfortable working independently, building relationships across the business, and representing the brand confidently when filming and engaging with colleagues.
