Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, position, and stack materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and shipping containers.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated locations.
- Perform routine **safety** checks on forklift equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all **logistics** and warehouse operating procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times while performing duties.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Ability to perform **lifting** up to 60 lbs.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse **safety** regulations and best practices.
- Must wear required **PPE**, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests.
- Experience in a high-volume **logistics** environment preferred.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability.
