Our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. This general warehouse position is crucial for supporting various operational needs, including receiving, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** chain. A strong commitment to **safety** is essential, requiring you to follow all guidelines and consistently use **PPE**. This is a physically active role that involves **lifting**, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse for your entire shift. Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Support overall warehouse **logistics** and daily operations.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and instructions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of basic **safety** protocols and the use of **PPE**.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
