This role may involve some physical labor, including **lifting**, and requires the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment meets **safety** standards and is in good working order.
- Adhere to **safety** protocols and the correct use of **PPE** at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of warehouse **logistics** through well-maintained equipment.
- Support the warehouse team in daily operations as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or similar maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse **logistics** and equipment.
- Familiarity with **safety** regulations and **PPE** usage.
- Ability to **lift** up to 70 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
