Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of basic warehouse principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
